Really nice stitch to knit, especially when the yarn is so fine and the friend to have it is so sweet

Surprise surprise - it had been a while sense I knitted this little Surprise jacket by Elisabeth Zimmermann.

The size was too small for my son, but I still keep it as I think the pattern is so facinating...

Difficult not to have a great time. Outdoor  knitting with great friends - it is as if the knitting, the weather and the food is just so much better in this setting...
